　　Lawyer: someone whose job is to advise people about laws, to write formal agreements, to represent

　　people(defendants被告) in court COLLOCATIONS，or to defend. Lawyers practice Law. They are eloquent(能言善辩的)and philosophical。(哲理性的)

　　the good stuff of of being a lawyer：(律师的好处)

　　1) a decent(体面的) salary as well as bonuses

　　and "special" bonuses。

　　2) Highly respected social status。

　　4) With several years experience you can become a partner and make millions of dollars a year。

　　5) Whatever your background before law school , you can turn it around and become a successful lawyer who can earn millions. Regardless

　　of your race, income background or other factors。

　　Policeman: someone whose job is to prevent, stop and investigate

　　illegal and criminal activities, to maintain public order and stop acts that endanger public order；to ensure traffic safety， maintain traffic order and deal with traffic accidents, to organize and carry out fire prevention

　　and control and supervise routine fire protection..。

　　Some benefits of being a police officer：

　　A policeman has not the best, but steady pay. Becoming a police officer means you’ll be taking on the most noble of jobs. Police officers are highly respected members of any community

　　who risk their life daily in order to protect citizens. For this reason, becoming a police officer can be risky although very exciting. Best of all, you learn to love life because you get the chance to see and deal with death every day。
