We all know the Chinese are very fond of Sichuan hotpot. Did you know that there's also a hotpot dish from north England? It’s called the Lancashire Hotpot.
Having been around for nearly 200 years, Lancashire Hotpot is still going strong. But what's in this dish? Does it taste as good as it sounds?
