1. "What do you think about the
unusually warm weather?"
A: "I am just enjoying it. I don't
really care as long as I have snow for skiing."
B: "It's only because of Jesus. He
controls the weather. But today is a good day."
C: "Well let's hope it stays this way.
Hopefully we won't get any snow because I use my bike as transportation
throughout the winter."
2. Does the colder weather and the fact
that it gets dark earlier affect(影响) your mood(情绪)?
A: "I've been living in California and
Las Vegas for the past six years, so it drives me nuts. I think the day is
done when it's only 4 o'clock."
B: "It's dark when it's really daytime
and I am up when I feel like going to sleep."
C: "It makes me drowsy and sleepy for
the upcoming day."

Based on what you've just learned about the way that a native English
speaker would handle a question, try to express your opinions briefly and
clearly by answering the following questions.
1.There are more than 4,000 languages and
dialects(n.方言) spoken on Earth, and 1,000 of those are spoken in
Africa. The world's most difficult language is Basque, used in parts of
Spain and France. The most popular language is Mandarin(n.普通话)
Chinese, the tongue(n.语言) of 885 million people.
