冲浪运动

　　Surfing is one of the world's most popular water sports. It first started on

　　I like many ball games, for example, basketball, football, volleyball and so on.

　　You should give up smoking.你应当戒烟。

　　7ever since...“从……时起”。和现在完成时连用，后面跟表示时间的词、短语或句子，也可单独使用。

　　I have known him ever since he was a boy.自从他很小时，我就认识他。

　　He has been in trouble ever since.从那时起他就麻烦缠身。

　　注意句中有ever since引导的时间状语时，谓语动词必须用延续性动词，不能用瞬间动词。

　　1.neither...nor...既不……也不……

　　该句型为否定结构，动词应用肯定形式。可连接两个相同的句子成份。若连接主语，句子的谓语动词要与

　　nor后面主语的人称和数保持一致。

　　Neither you nor he is a teacher.你和他都不是老师。

　　This coat is neither too big nor too small.这件上衣不太大，也不太小。

　　2.find...doing...发现某人在做某事

　　I found the cat running after a ball.我发现那只猫在追着一个球跑。

　　3.both...and...“既……又……；……和……都”。该结构连接两个相同的句子成分。连接主语时，谓语用复数。

　　He can both sing and dance.他既能歌，又能舞。

　　Both he and I like chicken.我和他都喜欢吃鸡肉。
