　　1shopping online网上购物

　　online是副词，意为“在线”。

　　Shopping online is very easy.网上购物很容易。

　　注意：副词短语on line与online用法、含义相同，此时line前不用冠词。

　　2make a decision“下决心，做决定”；相当于make up one's mind。

　　He made a decision to say sorry to her.他决定向她道歉。

　　注意：make后跟名词，可构成许多短语。在这些短语中，make意义不同。make a mistake犯错误；make dumplings包饺子。

　　3offer the most at the best price物美价廉

　　offer是动词，意为“提供；奉献”；price是名词，意为“价格”。

　　This computer seemed to offer the most at the best price.

　　这台电脑看起来物美价廉。

　　4credit card“信用卡”。credit是名词，意为“信用”，在此作定语。

　　5place of interest名胜

　　There are many places of interest in Beijing.

　　北京有许多名胜。

　　注意：该短语变复数时，place变为复数，interest不变。

　　6for ever“永远”，该短语也可写为forever,

　　相当于一个副词，常用于句末，作状语。

　　1as+原因状语从句

　　as常用于表示较明显的原因，而because常回答why引起的问句，比as语义更强。

　　As he was not feeling well, I decided to go there alone.

　　2There be no place/time to do sth.

　　没有地方/时间做某事。该句型也可表示为sb. has no place/time to do sth.

　　There is no place to live in, for the room is full of furniture.

　　3decide to do sth.下决心/决定做某事

　　decide是动词，意为“决定；下决心”，后面常跟动词不定式或名词作宾语。

　　They decided not to go there because it rained heavily.

　　因为雨下得很大，他们决定不再去那儿。

　　4seem to do sth.似乎/好像做……seem是系动词，意为“似乎，好像”，后面可直接跟名词、形容词构成系表结构，也可跟动词不定式。

　　He seemed(to be)a thief.他似乎是个贼。

　　The weather seems rainy.天似乎要下雨了。

　　Jim seemed to be all right.吉姆似乎康复了。

　　5主语+be+adj.+to do sth.某人做某事很……

　　They were very sad to see the homeless children.

　　看到那些无家可归的孩子，他们非常难过。
