1. Don't ... 不要……

　　Don't be late. 别迟到。

　　Don't read in the sun. 不要在阳光下看书。

　　2. No + n./v-ing, please. 请不要……

　　No noise, please. 请不要喧哗。

　　No smoking, please. 请不要吸烟。

　　3. Never ... 千万不要，永远不要……

　　Never tell lies to your parents. 千万不要对父母撒谎。

　　4. You can't/mustn't ... 你不可以……

　　You can't smoke in the reading room. 你不可以在阅览室中吸烟。

　　You mustn't take books out of the library. 你不可以把书带出图书馆。

　　5. You'd better not ... 你最好不要……

　　You'd better not go there. 你最好不要去那儿。

　　You'd better not do that. 你最好不要做那件事。

　　6. You are not allowed/permitted to... 不允许你……

　　You are not permitted to smoke here. 这里不允许你吸烟。

　　You are not allowed to go to the party. 不允许你去参加聚会。

　　7. You are forbidden to... 禁止你……

　　You are forbidden to smoke in public. 公共场所禁止你吸烟。

　　You are forbidden to drink. 禁止你喝酒。

　　8. If you..., you will/shall ... 如果你……，你会……

　　If you are late again, you will be punished. 如果你再迟到，你将受罚。

　　If you break the law, you shall get punishment from the law. 如果你违反法律，你会受到法律的惩罚。

　　下面是日常生活中常见的一些禁止用语，仅供参考。

　　No admittance. 闲人免进。

　　Staff only. 非工作人员不得入内。

　　Keep away. 请勿入内。

　　Admission by invitation only. 非请莫入。

　　Keep off / Keep your hands. 请勿动手。

　　Do not touch. 请勿触摸。

　　Keep dry. 请勿受潮。

　　No smoking. 禁止吸烟。

　　No camera. 禁止照相。

　　No speeding. 请勿超速。

　　No littering. 不准乱丢果皮纸屑。

　　Do not damage the trees. 不准损坏树木。

　　Keep off the grass / Walking on the grass is forbidden. 请勿践踏草地。

　　Silence / Silent！ 肃静！

　　Halt! 止步！

　　Danger! 小心；危险！

　　No spitting / Spitting prohibited. 请勿随地吐痰。
