　　1  When you want to talk about something in the past in the negative form, you use didn’t / didn’t (short form of did not), e.g. I didn’t go to Shenzhen / I didn’t go to Shenzhen ; I didn’t see the football on TV last night / I didn’t see the football on TV last night; I didn’t have time / I didn’t have time.
