  The sweltering Summer heat can make it difficult to concentrate on work. If you're itching to get out of your cubicle to lounge by the poolside, we've got these suggestions for you to stay productive at work while making the most of Summer。

  闷热难耐的夏日总让人无法集中精力工作。如果你现在也憧憬着逃离格子间去泳池边信步一番的话,那么下面这些建议也许能帮助你在炎炎夏日也能保持高效的工作状态。

  1.Decorate your desk: Personalize your desk with a Summer theme. Keep a potted plant or fresh flowers at your desk. Frame a few of your favorite Summer memories to perk up your mood。

  1.装饰你的办公桌:用夏日主题来定制你的办公桌。你可以在办公桌上放一盆绿色植物或一束鲜花。你也可以把你夏日里最美好的回忆带到办公室来,这样你的情绪也会高涨起来。

  2.Listen to a Summer-themed playlist:Create your own upbeat playlist. There's nothing like nostalgic tunes from the Summers of your youth to bring back happy memories。

Be sure to get a well balanced diet of whole grains, lean meats and legumes, and vegetables. Pack a healthy lunch that hits those targets. Your brain will thank you with higher productivity。

Plan something outdoors with your friends and family after work rather than collapse on the couch when you get home。

  6.充分利用白天:趁着白天天亮得早,气候又凉爽的时候,开始工作。这样,你一整天工作都会觉得精力充沛。同样地,夏天的时候,太阳在晚上8点前都不会下山,在下班后你就有了充足的时间去泳池边逛逛了。与其下班后一回家就瘫在沙发上,还不如约上家人和三五好友到室外去活动活动。
