　　According to Entertainment Weekly, Swift has been cast as Elaine, an "important guest" at the wedding of Jess' (Deschanel) bestie, Cece (Hannah Simone). While details are thin about how "important" a role Swift will play in those nuptials, we imagine wackiness will ensue, considering that Cece's ex, Schmidt (Max Greenfield)， is still harboring some feelings for her。

　　While fans will have to wait a while to see Swift on "New Girl," they can check her out on the road in the weeks prior. She explained what fans can expect when they stop by one of the dates: "I think that the visuals portrayed on this tour will be, I guess, more grown up and a little more mature than things we've done in the past. And I think on my previous albums and my previous tours, I've really liked to operate in the element of fantasy, and I think that this tour will incorporate a little more reality into the visuals, which is nice."
