　　回答技巧：这是面试陷井之一。识破的主要方法同样要看应征职位禁忌的职业行为。拒绝直接的回答，不要用"maybe," "probably," "usually" and "fairly." 含糊不清的表达方式。尤其是关于 weaknesses 应该用积极的方式回答。

　　One of my strengths is my ability to be flexible. I've seen companies go through many changes in structure and management philosophy. I've had to adjust my style to the new environment several times. As far as weaknesses, I really enjoy my work, and sometimes I put in too much time. But by being aware of my tendency to overwork, I have learned to pace myself more and work less overtime.

　　I had to undergo a rigorous testing and training program when I first went into financial services. The Series Seven training was a killer to get through. It was self-directed and required a lot of self-motivation. I thrived on the whole experience -- the discipline, the planning and the deadlines. We were also expected to maintain our office responsibilities. It was a pressure cooker, but I got through it.

　　She'd say I have a lot of initiative, I see the big picture and I do what has to be done. Second, I always meet deadlines. If I say I'm going to do something, I do it. Lastly, I have the ability to focus on what I'm working on -- I am not easily distracted.

　　回答技巧：这是面试陷井之一。不要把重点放在 training program 上而要集中 gone through 上。记住，要突出自己如何最快接受理解 training program 的解决方案。

　　回答范例

　　It wasn't a training program, I had a similar situation when I was working toward my BA degree. I was holding down a 30-hour a week job and carrying 19 credits. I was juggling five things at once. Each morning I'd get up and make a list of "must do" and "nice to get done items." It was very motivating to check off the items when I completed them. I kept pushing, and I got through it and hit my GPA goal.
