　　你心目中理想的职业是什么？

　　提问目的：了解面试者的求职意向。

　　回答技巧：要避免没有个性和与应聘职位无关的回答。回答时要及时突出自己的工作、教育经历和技能特长。最后回到要申请的职位上来。

　　回答范例：以finance为例

　　My ideal job is one that incorporates both my education and practical work skills to be the best I can be. Namely combining my education in finance with my working knowledge of customer service operations, entrepreneurial abilities, computer skills, and administrative skills. I want to utilize my analytical expertise to help people meet their financial goals. This is exactly why I am convinced that I would be a very valuable member of the *** team.

　　提问目的：问题是了解应聘者对工资福利的态度

　　回答技巧：由于每个公司的工资福利体系不太一样。因此切忌说一个具体数目。要强调工资与自己对公司的贡献之间的关系。

　　回答范例：

　　I am sure that I am the candidate you are looking for. If you feel the same, the I'm sure your offer will be fair and commensurate with the value I can bring the company.

　　A salary commensurate with my experience and skills is important, but it's only one piece of the package. Many other elements go into making up a compensation package, but more importantly, it's critical to me to enjoy what I'm doing, fit into the corporate culture, and feel I'm making a genuine contribution.

　　3. Why should we hire you?

　　提问目的：了解应聘者对应聘职位的理解和对自己应征条件的概括能力

　　回答技巧：由于简历上已经描述你符合应聘职位的硬条件。因此不要在这个上面罗嗦。应该将重点放在软的方面要突出自己的职业性格比如工作态度。自我管理技巧等，必要时加上自己的受奖励强调。

　　回答范例：

　　I sincerely believe that I'm the best person for the job. Not only the skills ,education background,but alos working and training experience.I realize that there are many other candidate who have the ability to do this job. But I specially bring an additional quality that makes me the very best person for the job--my attitude for excellence. I think my leadership awards from my University, and my management positions are the result of possessing the qualities you're looking for in an employee.

　　4,Tell me about yourself.

　　提问目的：了解应聘者自己的综合和表达能力

　　回答技巧：要结合职位的要求将自己的技能、教育、培训、工作经历用概括的几句话总结。所有的表述要围绕申请职位展开。

　　回答范例：

　　All of my background preparing myself to become the very best 职位名称 I can become. Let me tell you specifically how I've prepared myself. I am an undergraduate student in 相关专业 at ** University. My past working experiences has been in retail and higher in this field . And I try to follow the top level through variable trainging .Both aspects have prepared me well for this career.
