NIKKY: ok, how is your family?
BRIAN: I don’t really know, guess my mom is not in good health
NIKKY: what happened?
BRIAN: she had chronic(慢性的)problems very early in her life, from knee problems(膝盖问题), to arthritis(关节炎) and u name it.
【注】人一老什么病都出来了
NIKKY: she got how old?
BRIAN: 54, I guess, I don’t really know that
NIKKY: ask
BRIAN: I will, thanks
NIKKY: so?
BRIAN: so what?
NIKKY: so u need to be with her (你应该和她在一起呀)
BRIAN: I would if I could.
NIKKY: how is ur dad?

BRIAN: u mean my dad?
NIKKY: yes
BRIAN: yes, he’s retired already
NIKKY: r u ok now?
BRIAN: u know, one night I woke up in the middle of the night, and I was searching for answers, 3:00 in the morning, and I was in a darkened house and I really began screaming out silently inside myself, just like the way I used to practice my English.
NIKKY: ask about what it takes to make life work? (问自己为什么生活会是这个样子?)
BRIAN: yes
NIKKY: do u have the answer? (找到答案了么?)
BRIAN: not yet, but I think that there r a lot of things I ignored(忽视), and I will take care next time when, if possilbe, the next book comes out(我想在第二本书出来的时候我会留意那些被我忽视过的问题的)
