最后10天攻克考研英语小作文之投诉信
考研[微博]时间将近，考研英语作文也到了名副其实的“押宝”环节，都教授认为小作文的四大重点分别为：邀请信，感谢信，投诉信，求职信。下面都教授针对投诉信，来指导考生如何攻克。
一、写作要点
投诉信是针对某件不快乐的事情向责任人提出的投诉、抱怨的信件，基本特征是反映问题，诉说原由，终极目的是解决问题。作者要首先肯定对方的做法或者描述情况，随后简述出现的问题。如果有必要继续说明具体问题，之后提出要求。具体作要点如下：
1.首段开门见山指明所投诉的具体时间
2.将问题清晰、简洁、公正地描述出来，指出事件给你带来的不便
3.感谢对方关注你的投诉，清楚地表明你想如何得到解决，并期待对方尽早解决问题。
