　　Sergio: That must have taken some haggling.

　　Tanya: Six months of negotiations, legal paperwork, research studies, environmentalists and an initial investment to stimulate the decision process.

　　Sergio: And the results?

　　Tanya: I couldn't be happier. The project will launch next month pending any complications.

　　Sergio: This will be good for the environment.
