1. Time for a break
When you have been working straight and without rest then you will want to take a break. An easy way to tell others of your need is to use this phrase. It is also useful when two or more people are working together. One person can say, "It's time for a break." This will tell everybody that they can stop and rest for a while.
2. Worn out
We usually use the word "worn" with things of a material nature such as clothing, wood and leather. When the material gets worn out then the condition of it has changed. Perhaps the color has faded, there is a rip in the material, missing pieces, or it has lost its elasticity. When humans get worn out, it indicates that they are not the shiny person they once were. Maybe their skin has become pale, their eyes dull with dark lines underneath and they might even look older than they really are. Worn out may also be used to express the feeling of a complete loss of energy from an over exertion of work. In any case, rest is needed.
3. I was just saying...
This one is more tricky. Sometimes you will say something that may be interpreted differently than you intended. For example, in the dialogue Julia tells Sergio that he looks worn out because she is concerned about him and wants him to rest more. Sergio thinks that she is criticizing him. So there was a difference between intent and interpretation. This phrase helps to fix that misinterpretation and allows you to explain yourself better.

In some coffee shops, this coffee is special because of the season or occasion. The flavor is unique and might not be available tomorrow.
5. Get us going
Something that gets you "going" is something to get your blood moving and your energy heated up. It is a kind of warm up. When talking about alcohol, people sometimes say that they need a drink to prepare for the other drinks to come. It is like an alcoholic appetizer.
6. Have all the fun
It is always the case that onesgroupsof people get to enjoy life more than another group. Well, sometimes this comparison can be made between the sexes. Women think that men, because they have fewer responsibilities, have more fun. They can do what they want. On the other hand, ask a man and he will tell you that women have all the fun because the man always has to pay for them. It is always true that someone other than you isshavingsall the fun.
7. Changed my mind
A new decision has been made. People change their mind all the time. Everyday, in fact. But in some situations people will change their mind in a very short period of time. To let others know about this change you can use this phrase. If you don't say, "I've changed my mind," then your friends will not understand why you are doing what you are doing.
8. Nothing beats
A common way to express the idea that there is nothing better to do. It is the thing that you enjoy most. Even if you were given a new choice you would still choose the same. For example, even if your boss offered to pay you an additional ,000 to work overtime on the weekend you would not accept. Why? Because you prefer to go skiing with your friends on the tall mountain.
