After a guy begged me to go out with him, I gave in. We went to the movies and just as he went for popcorn(爆米花) I bumpedsintosmy brother. We laughed about being at the movies together, but I told him he'd better scoot(溜走) when my date got back with snacks(小吃), who wants a brother hanging around while on date?

　　那个家伙求我跟他出去约会，我答应他了。我们去了电影院，当他去买爆米花的时候，我碰巧遇到了我的兄弟。能在电影院不期而遇我们都觉得有点凑巧。但是我告诉他最好溜走，因为等会他就要买小吃回来了，谁愿意约会的时候有个兄弟跟在旁边呢？

　　My love-smitten (陷入爱河的) date came back and we started talking. We actually got along much better than I expected, but he took our chemistry(关系) a little far by trying to kiss me -- before the movie started!

　　我那个陷入爱河的约会伙伴回来了，我们继续交谈。进展的比我预计的要好。但是他却想进展的更快一点，因为在电影还没有开始之前他居然想吻我！

　　This movie had an intermission(间断), so when the first half ended I asked my date what his plans were for later. He said, "I'm going to catch a taxi home."

　　电影中场时间，我问他接下来有什么打算，他说，"我准备打个的回家。"

　　"Okay, no problem," I said. "I can go with my brother. He's right behind us."

　　"好吧，没有问题"我说道，"我可以和我兄弟一起回去，他就坐在我们后面。"

　　"Are you sure he is your brother and not your boyfriend?"

　　"你确定他只是你的兄弟而不是你的男朋友么？"

　　"What? If I had a boyfriend, I would have told you that."

　　"什么？如果我有男朋友的话，我会告诉你的。"

　　He suddenly became silent and excused(借机离开) himself. Then he never came back. The second part of the movie started and I was alone. Two days later, he called to say he left because he thought I was lying but was now willing to give me a second chance. Not a chance!

　　一下子，他变的默然，然后借口离开了，而且再也没有回来。电影下半部开始了，我只有一个人了。两天后，他打电话来说，之所以离开是觉得我在说谎，但是现在愿意再给我一个机会。但是已经没有机会了！
