英国要求五岁儿童学编程

　　为了让孩子更好的应对全球竞争，各国制定的课程标准也日渐严苛。据英国《每日邮报》报道，该国新颁布的教学大[微博]纲规定，年满五岁的儿童要开始学习计算机编程，之后再学3D打印，分数和其它传统自然学科将成为必修课。

　　英国首相卡梅伦对此表示赞赏，说新课标结合了“过去与现代的精华，翻开了英国教育[微博]新的篇章”。

　　此次调整更多关注与现代工业相关的自然学科，如工程学等，而原先强调的“生存技能”退居其次。小学生们将接触3D打印、机器人技术等前沿科技，5岁儿童就要学习电脑安全、编程、存储及检索数据；11-14岁的儿童则要学习译码及如何解决电脑故障。

　　Children as young as five are to be given lessons in computer programming and older pupils taught how to use 3D printers to prepare them to compete in the modern age。

　　The new national curriculum for England also promises youngsters must learn fractions and traditional science subjects in an attempt to bring rigour back into the classroom。

　　Prime Minister David Cameron said the new curriculum combined 'the best of the old and the best of the new'。
