Failure and Success

I think failure and success are just like (插入 on/off of ) the light in the refrigerator. Every house has one, but nobody really know (knows) what either of them will do when the door is shut. May be we can benifit (benefit) from it, may be we’ll fall in full rout。
We live in such an affluent society. Every soul has experienced a lot even though we are still young (18 years on around)， but we really grow with failure and success. And actually, we have learnt to be mature from them. And I have three opinions on this topic。
The firstcoming opinion is the every one have (has) experienced both of them. In everyone’s life, they will meet a lot of challenges and opptunities (opportunities). Sometimes we succeed, but most of the time we must face to (去掉) the failure. When we succeed, we’ll cherish the apprieaite (admiration) from others, but what shall we do when we fail. Give up or to be more confident? That is the deciecive (decisive) difference between the successful man and the common people. So we should and must be optimistic when we are (去掉) fail and not to be too proud when we succeed. Helen Keller once said, “destiny (Desting) never close a door without opening another. “ Yes, destiny is really fair to every people. And as you know, there is an ancient story about an old man who lost his horse. May be the story is not true, but we must learn the spirit of him (in it)。
The second opinion is that I think we can benefit both from failure and success. Obviously we’ll become quit (quite) happy when we succeed, but from my point of view we can benefit even more from the (去掉) failure. Once a successful student in the entrance exam to university just told us that, as an examination, if you got a full mark, the exam is no use to you. It is a waste of time. May be there is some limits (limitation) in his opinion, but to some extend, it is true. So when we fail, we must go over the works and strengths in the process, and to be more confident, energetic and innovetive (innovative) in the next pursue (pursuit). Just like the sixteenth president of the U. S. A. Abraham Lincoln said: “Remember when life’s path is steep, to keep you mind even. “
And the last but the most important opinion is just a famous saying from the French poet La Foritain (Voltaire)： No flowers road leads to success. “ So I want to say to all my company that don’t be too sad and exhaused (exhausted) when you fail. Try to hear from it (failure)， and fit for it (fight for success)。

Most people have experienced failure and success. It’s tens of thousands (插入times) of failure and success that make up our lives。
As is known to all, failure is the mother of success. Obviously, this sentence stresses the importance of failure. We should value failure. For one thing, lesson and experience can’t belong to us without failure. Failure paves the way for success. A large number of scientific inventions were made by those who experienced more trials and errors. Failure makes them appear and contribute to our society. For another thing, a colorful life needs to be decorated by failures. It seems that life would be pale just like a glass of water if there were no failures. In ancient times, only by many failure wars (after many unsuccessful wars) could the empirors (emperors) own their lands. It was also tears and pains that created their success. As a result, failure makes people become wiser and have more perseverance. Failure makes our lives more colorful. No wonder failure is the mother of success。
At the same time, we should treasure success. When we are successful, we should enjoy the happiness that success brings to us. Birds sing when flying up high in the sky, and snails feel excited when climbing up to the top of the pyramid, for they have given out their strength after all. When we succeed to achieve (in achieving) our goals, we shouldn’t leave any regret because we have worked hard all the way and success is the gift specially for us。
My dear friends, don’t be afraid of failure on account of its sad result. Don’t hide your success because of the pride it may bring to you. Failure and success are both the basie part of our lives. Regard them as the giving from the Cod. Treasuring them is the best way to thank the God!
Failure Leads to Success

Most of us have formed a picture that when people succeed, they cheer; when people fail, they tear. But have you even heard about a saying that failure can give rise to success? Have you ever thought that failure might be another lower (fresh) beginning which leads to success? Have you ever realized that when you come up to work again after failure, the failure could not be called as a failure again, it was just not success? (本句有语病) There is a good deal of truth in these ideas。
China is an oriental country which has a large population. There is no shortage of figures who succeeded after experiencing a thousand and one failures. Yu Minhong, our hem in this case is just one of them。
People who fail in the college entrance exam are often referred to as ones who could not have a brighter future that easily, for the simple reason that they cannot get further education. But Yu failed in the college entrance exam twice. He did not lose his heart. (插入Instead,) he cherished the hope that he could go to college, (插入and) he made many attempts. Yes, as a consequence, he went to Beijing University at his third attempt。
The idea that to carry (of carrying) on and don’t give (never giving) up the dreams after failure can give rise to magic situations, as it did in the case of Yu, the leader of New Oriental Corporation。
So we say that failure is not terrible, (插入and) the most terrible thing is that you dread failing. So you don’t want to try for another time. The result, success or failure, is not important. It is your attitude forwards the failure that influences you most. A fall in the pit, a gain in your wit. It is perseverance and confidence that you need after you fail. Get up when you are trapped by failure, and you will finally be greeted with considerable success. Failure leads to success. Believe in this, and trust yourself!
