Failure and Success

Nature is a book full of records about failure and success. April showers bring May flowers—it is an example shared with farmers. I didn’t understand it until I spent my holiday in the countryside three years ago. It was an April afternoon when the heavy rain came. The rain which poured down without mercy made all crops in the fields bend. Seeing the crops struggling between (插入the line of) life and death, I felt worried and upset. The crops had to suffer a lot before the harvest time, however, a heavy rain may lead their (them) to failure, although the step of success was closer. I didn’t want to think more, so I ran to the fields to see the poor crops in the next early morning. To my surprise, all the crops stood straight than ever. I suddenly understood the farmers’ smiling faces when the heavy rain came. “April showers bring may (May) flowers” -they know that what seemed a failure in April showers would bring them the successful flowers in May。
In fact, the example applies not only to the crops. It promises strength coming from weakness, smile bursting from tears, and success reborned (reviving) from failure. A failure in frendship (friendship) can lead you to a new friend. A failure in jobs can give you a chance to start a great career. For me, a failure in exam can be the inspiration to do better, if you remember that a failure is not a defeat but the inspiration to welcome a new success, you’ll overcome all the troubles and stand high on (at) the peak of your life。
What failure and success will finally be depends on your way towards it. Easy heart and hard work will lead you to success, while heavy pleasure and terrible work on the other hand。

Beautiful are the moments when we are cheering for success, but how grey it is when success is replaced by failure. Expressly, where there is success, there is failure. It is a kind of inevitability. But,” When one door is closed,” as the old saying goes, “another will be open. Most of the time we ignore the open one, for we stares at the closed one too much. “
So I’d like to make an analysis。
To start with, let’s put the causes of failure-upset in the first place. Surely, to reach a goal, we’ll all (去掉) do all we can for we all think that success is so important. Unavoidably, we’ll feel a universe of upsets when failure comes down. Why me? I’ve been so hardworking! So the unacceptance (nonacceptance) when we’ve made so much effort becomes the root reason that shuting (shuts) our doors to success, but to cause pains。
For the sadness after failure, I’ve got some advice。
First and foremost, you’ve got to know that it’s no use crying over the spilt milk and rise up once again to face the music and get out of the blue. Undoubtedly, success is important and we are born to be successful. But it is not all about success that we’re fighting for. Life is a voyage, (插入and) the scenery along the way is also worth enjoying. Then I’d like to mention that we should find the open door, make effort, and then go into the door. Thinking from another angle, aren’t we reaching the success after failure?
Then I’d like to discuss about the balance between success and failure。
Accompanied with success, failure seems to be a child which (who) is out of our plan. So why don’t we call it as a surprise? Surprise brings new comer to our life, like failure, and I always assume that it is the one that gives me the power to go on my journey, for I haven’t gain my success yet. If you comprehend this, then the balance between these two is easy to hold。
To summarize, my opinions are quite clear. Success is important but not as water; failure is horrible but not as devil. Absolutely, success-happiness is easier to handle while failure-upset is hard. Above all, I just want to ten that in this long journey, we can always find another open door and we will。
From Failure to Success

If there is no daytime at all, how can we know what is night? If there is no bitterness at all, how can we taste what is sweet? Then, if there is no failure ever, how can we experience the happiness of success? Nothing is coming out of nothing, (插入and) it is failure that demonstrates the most valuable success to us。
However, some people maintain that whether we are happy (插入 or not)depends on what we have experienced, among which success is the right thing to be, and if we did everything perfectly, we would certainly be the happiest guy in the world. On the contrary, I am fully convinced that failure is what makes us feel real happiness. Through failure, we get to know better about ourselves and what we are doing now. It is obvious that the earlier we know one way is blocked, the earlier we would try another. Failure is the root for success。
Actually, I never remain suspicious of the point that everything has its own meaning for existing. Failure might makes us frustrated and feel bad, but as it is said—Man can be defeated, but never destrayed—failure is not a big deal, but to let us be stronger and wiser. What is more, the existance (existence) of failure is to show us the way to success, and to tell us if we did the same thing in another way. It would be much better. I guess this is why people called failure as the mother of success。
I can take it for granted that failure is a gift for us, a gift that lets us know what is success, how to be success (successful) and why we should appreciate success. Maybe the road ahead for success is not so easy, but failure will always leads a way for us. Like a guiding star。
