Life’s road (The road of life) is hard and steep. Throughout our efforts to ascend to the peak of our life, we often meet with lots of unexpected joy and sorrow (joys and sorrows). Sucess (Success) and failure seem to be inextricable. However, the result differs considerably in our life with different minds. This essay is mainly about how we should deal with them。
Success, which lies in the persistence, always helps (插入to) establish the confidence in one’s life. When an athlete surpasses a world record, the whole country will cheer for him. This makes a consistent improvement on the development of this sports event, Lin Xiang, takes as an example, whose (Take Liu Xiang as an example, his) success has made a significant contribution to the tracks games in China. It’s a truth universally acknowledged that success brings in strong power promoting an event, However, we can’t ignore that too much happiness may cause a side effect, making the winner loses (lose) himself in the glory and lives (live) in (插入the memory of) the past. We can’t deny that success may also mean a pause or even a permanent stop, This variation bases on the way we deal with success. The best way is that we just regard it as a result of the past instead of a beginning. Only in this way can we make a success a continuous sucess (one)。
Oppositely, failure comes from the trials and errors. Thomas EIva Edison, whose experiments to invent a bulf (bulb) had come through nearly ten thousand times’ unsuccessful trials. Living in this competitive world, none of us can avoid experiencing success and failure. It’s certain that we all feel delighted when succeed. However, life is not always that pleasant. We also have to face failures。
From my point of view, there is no permanent failure. Thus, we can learn from the failure and grow through it. In that way, we will have a step nearer to success。
First and foremost, we gain experience from each failure, with which we can improve ourselves. Take Albert Einstein from (for) an example, he did have a hard time when doing researches. Faced with the successive failures, Einstein didn’t lose hope, on the contrary, he took a careful look on the former experiments to find (插入out) where the problem was. After several months of updating his methodology, Einstein declared his Theory of Relativity, leaving the whole world in amusement (amazement) and adorence (adoration). In scientific areas, there were a lot of people like Einstein. They learnt from the failures and succeeded。
Second, during the hard times, we strengthen our willpower and tolerance. We have to be strong when meeting the hardships. As a result, our character becomes tough. And this plays a significant role in gaining success. As is known to all, Si Maqian was a noticeable figure in Chinese history. In Si Maqian’s prime, he suffered a cruel sentence. All of a sudden, he lost his profession. But to people’s surprise, he didn’t surrender to the fact. He put more effort to his works. Later, he wrote a book full of the histories of the dynasty, letting others have a vivid and clear knowledge of Chinese history. Just because Si Maqian’s will power and spirit did he overcome the failures and made great contribution。
From the facts listed above, we can draw the conclusion that failtire is the condition (precondition) to success. By coming through failures, we get mature and more determined。
So, what is the right attitude towards failure? Naturally everyone will be down. But more crucially, you should NEVER GIVE UP ON OURSELVES (YOURSELVES). One thing is for sure: No one is born to lose! Never ever consider yourself as a loser just because one failure. Everything will be in the past. The point is to screw your courage and confidence, no matter how miserable your current life is. You are impossible to be a winner without beliefs in yourself。
To sum up, one should not only have an outstanding capability but also a spiritual quality in order to success (succeed). Through failures, we see where the trouble lies and are more possible to succeed at the next time. That is to say, we are growing through failures. With this mind, we are bound to say, “I came, I saw, I conquered. “ Proudly when we finally reach our destination!
Failure and Success

As has been said thousands of times failure is the mother of success. We must realize that occasional failure or success doesn’t mean that one can (will) always fail or succeed. The road of life is always filled with challenges and opportunities, and at the same time, there also exist a large number of flowers and plenty of sunshine. Steven Hawking, the great scientist, explored the universe and achieved success with an incurable disease. If his disease is a failure in his life, then it fades next to the struggle of gaining success. So, we teenagers, full of energy, should never be defeated by failures。
Never be (being) defeated by failures and hold a (holding an) optimistic attitude doesn’t show us the ignorance of failure. Once we fail, we have to think the whole matter carefully. From my point of view, the failure can also tell us some important things. By asking ourselves why we failed and how can we avoid failures, we can find a proper way to solve the similar problems, and then turn failures into success. As has been mentioned above, life road is full of opportunities. But never dream of catching opportunities without hard work. There’s a famous saying, “opportunities are just for those who are ready to catch them. “ Nowadays, some people, including some teenagers, are always trying to take chances. As we all know, no one can always succeed and no one will always fail. Sometimes, failure and success are not absolute. It all depends on what we do and how we look on this matter。
Success is sweet. How would you feel after a year’s hard work in the field if you get a good harvest? Of course, happy. How would you feel if you go to the university you have always been dreaming about (of)？ Certainly, excited. Every one wants his or her dream to come true. Sometimes success is some kind of encouragement that is always driving you forward。
Failure is spicy. The first feeling is commonly sadness when we know that we have failed, especially after a long-term hard work. Some people may suddenly become thoroughly disappointed and low-powered. Finally, they can do nothing. But some other people may turn out to be strong after the failure. Finally, they will win。
As a matter of fact, failure and success can be both valuable if we adjust our views on this matter. For instance, we want to set up a company by ourselves. If we succeed and conclude some valuable experience, we will get prepared for the next challenge. If we fail and find out the reasons why we have failed, we won’t make the same mistakes in future.
