　　A Dutch man has confessed to stabbing to death a young British woman holidaying in Indian Kashmir while under the influence of drugs, police say。根据印度警方的消息，一名荷兰籍男子供认自己在毒品作用下刺死一名年轻英国女性，该女性当时正在案发地印度喀什米尔度假。
