　　It is because image processing is a very interesting area, and it is a bridge between the abstract algorithms and colorful images.

　　The image processing techniques can be used for people's health and food safety. They have a promising future in China in the next 10 years, and now the technology for food safety and quality has drawn much governmental attention in our country.

　　19) Why do you want to study in USA?

　　USA has the most advanced education system in the world. I can learn the most advanced knowledge and technology from USA. It is very useful for me to realize my career goal. So Pursuing a PhD degree in the USA is the best choice for me.

　　It just likes a fan of mountaineering who almost reaches the top of the mountain, then it is impossible for him to give up the chance in front of him to get to the peak. 　　They are almost the same as each other. They both use image processing techniques for benefit of the people. The only difference is the objects they work with. I mean in Southeast University, we use image processing techniques for people' health, while in University of Maryland we use these techniques for food safety and quality.
